Why tasks are closed without an inspection, and which permit types are affected most.
Permit type is read from the prefix of the permit number typed by the requester. PRNR = new residential, PRAD = addition, PRRN = renovation, PRSWS = sewage system, PRNRA = residential accessory, BP = earlier permit series (meanings to be confirmed by the division).
Whether inspectors go out on the booked day, how long visits take, and how consistently they record each step in the app.
Completed tasks only. Window = booked slot start to end. Departing before the window usually means leaving early to arrive on time.
