At Baseline Telematics Inc., our fundamental objective is to respect and advance human rights throughout all our operations. This policy underscores our dedication to human rights protection and sets out the guiding framework governing our actions.

1. Our Pledge

This pledge includes our commitment to internationally recognized human rights as defined by the International Bill of Human Rights, encompassing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, as well as the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

As per the circumstances, we also adhere to other internationally accepted human rights standards, such as the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, and the American Convention on Human Rights.

We specifically acknowledge that the universal mandate of non-discrimination is a critical, but not the sole, requirement for genuine and experienced equality.
