Sharing feedback and ideas with us & how we use them
Last Modified: Mar 24, 2024
Resident is a social media platform created for the people, by the people. We value your input and have made it easy for users to express their thoughts and opinions on how the Resident program should evolve over time, directly within the platform. This document outlines the terms of use for the Ideas feature in the Resident app. These guidelines are in place to ensure that the most valuable ideas are prioritized in a transparent manner.
Be Relevant
The Resident Ideas feature is designed to provide a space for Resident users to help our program managers understand how to continuously meet the needs of our users. Please ensure that your ideas are constructive and relevant to the Resident product and services you actually use.
Share the Love
Contribute to making Resident Ideas a vibrant community by sharing your experiences of working with Resident Solutions. Your insights can be valuable to other users seeking similar experiences. When commenting, please be considerate and avoid personal insults, grievances, or harassment. Let's maintain a positive and respectful environment within Resident Ideas.
Be Responsible
Exercise common sense and good judgment when submitting ideas, commenting on others' ideas, or interacting with Resident. Do not share anything that would violate any contractual agreements, such as copyright, trade secrets, or nondisclosure agreements. Before submitting an idea, make sure to review the Resident Terms of Use.
Protect Everyone's Privacy
Respect the privacy of yourself, your business, and others. Avoid sharing personal information that is not intended to be publicly available. Refrain from posting personal information obtained through one-to-one communications or private messages without the consent of the other party.
Keep Different Perspectives in Mind
While you will find a wealth of advice, insights, and commentary within Resident Ideas, remember that each user's situation may vary. Apply the same level of discernment you would use when evaluating information anywhere on the internet.
By creating or contributing to a Resident Idea, you agree to abide by these rules. As stated in the Resident Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines, we reserve the right to edit, remove, or decline the implementation of any idea at any time, at our discretion. We are not responsible for the content of Resident Ideas, regardless of whether we have reviewed or edited it.
