Easily send your PG Solutions tasks to Citycare in just one email! With this integration, you can automatically create and assign tasks in Citycare simply by adding an email address in CC or forwarding an email generated by PG Solutions.
Steps to follow:

Add in CC or forward the email from PG Solutions

When PG Solutions generates an email for a new task, without modifying anything, add the provided email address in CC or forward the email to the provided Email address.

Automatic processing in Citycare

The task is geocoded if a location is included in the email.

It is created with the correct task type based on the provided information.

If a person is in CC, the task will be automatically assigned to them.

If the person is not yet in the Citycare account, they will receive an invitation to join.

View and manage the task in Citycare

Log in to Citycare to see the created task and track its progress.

Edit, complete, or close the task as needed.

Note: An active account is not required to send a task, but you need to log in to Citycare to view and manage it.
